Soulcial Creations LLC
These are the standard terms and conditions. All work undertaken by Soulcial Creations shall be on these terms unless specifically verified in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event.
Payment Schedule
All of our services require a 50% retainer that is NON-REFUNDABLE to hold event date and time . This retainer covers any needs required to have a secure and successful event. The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event date. If you are booking within 7 days of your event, the full payment is required to secure the event. Soulcial Creations reserves the right to cancel booking and delivery if full payment is not received 5 days prior to the event date.

Credit / Debit cards- Venmo or Square
Direct Bank Deposit - Zelle (Quick-Pay with Chase Bank)
Offline Payments - Cash
Contracts
You will receive all contracts via info@soulcialcreations.com. Until you have received and returned your signed contract and payment is taken, the booking is not held.
Cancelations
If your event requires outdoor setup and there is bad weather on the forecast we will contact you one day before the event and offer to reschedule, or we will offer a home delivery. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
We do not offer refunds. If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances, we require a 72 hour notice and must be approved by Soulcial Creations LLC.
If you need to cancel your booking within 72 hours of your event, we can reschedule your event for a 50% additional payment approved by Soulcial Creations LLC.
There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your event.
You have up to three months to reschedule your event if it is canceled due to weather or other conditions. Like any great restaurant, we get fully booked, subject to availability.
Equipment
Our furniture is very delicate. It requires special handling from our team. If you want to move your setup, please notify one of our staff members. Moving our furniture without permission can result in a fee.
All event equipment belongs to Soulcial Creations LLC and is to be returned in the same condition as delivered. Any loss or damage to the equipment will be charged accordingly. Stains to linen will be cleaned accordingly and may result in a dry cleaning or professional cleaning charge.
Candles are for decoration only. Please do not light them. Lighting the candles can damage our table runners and tables. Damages can result in additional fees.
Charger plates are for decoration only. All of our guests will have washable glass or disposable plates for use. Damage can result in a $25 fee per charger.
We ask that you do not leave any public setting unattended. If you would like to leave early please give our team a 30 minute notice so we may arrive in time.
Liability & Third Parties
Soulcial Creations will not be liable for any claim of personal injury, loss or damaged property at your event.
Soulcial Creations is not responsible for any third party hired by client.

All information provided by Soulcial Creations will not be shared with others and will be confidential. All photographs and content on this website are protected and owned by Soulcial Creations and our copyrights. Please contact us if you would like to use any photographs or material as any unauthorised use of photographs and material is prohibited.
